Meeting rooms are in high demand! Please be considerate of others when making reservations.
Only book the room for the duration of time that you will be in the room. Currently, the library does not limit the number of reservations per month, we just ask that you be considerate of others when making reservations for these publicly shared spaces.
Please be mindful to book a room that most closely matches the expected size of your group.
Call us or use the cancel link in your confirmation email if your plans change and you no longer need the room, that way another patron can use the room.
You run the risk of forfeiting your reservation if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your start time.
Do not leave items unattended in the meeting rooms. The library is not responsible for items left unattended. Unattended items left in a meeting room do not constitute use.
