Where do I download the app?
You can search in the app store for ‘isolved People Cloud’ or use these qr codes.

How do I clock in and out on the app?
Click on the blue clock in the lower right-hand corner.
Then click on the lightning bolt icon to ‘quick punch’.

How do I approve/verify my timesheet in the app?
Select ‘Timecard’ under the ‘Time and Attendance’ section.
Select the minus sign in the upper right hand corner and then check the box next to employee.

How do I fix a missing punch?
Log into your iSolved account and select the blue ‘Clock’ icon and then the ‘Ticket’ icon.
Fill in any pertinent information on the ‘Missing Punch’ form and then Save. This request will go to your manager for approval.

How does offline punching work?
You can use offline punch if the isolved People Cloud Mobile app is already running on your phone.
- Open the app on your phone when you have access to cellular networks or wi-fi. For instance, open the app in the morning before you leave home and leave the app open.
- When you arrive at a work site without internet, open the app and clock in or out as normal.
- When you return to an area with cellular networks of wifi, the app will send your time stamps automatically.

How do I clock in on a browser?
Once logged in to your iSolved account, select the blue Clock icon and then the Lightning Bolt icon.
Then select the Punch option.

How do I approve/verify my timesheet in the browser?
Click on ‘Time and Attendance’ on the left and select ‘Time Card’.
Click on the Circle in the top right corner and check the box next to Employee to verify the time card.

How do I submit a time off request?
Log in to iSolved and go to ‘Time and Attendance’ and then ‘Time Off’.
On the Time Off screen, click the ‘+Time Off’ button in the right hand corner. There is other info on this screen about upcoming time off, pending requests, and past time off. Click the ‘Detail’ button next to any absence policies to see accrual information about that policy.
To create a new time-off request, choose the policy, the date(s), the start time, hours per day, and any notes about the request. Click ‘Submit’. The request will be sent to your manager to approve.
